Over the course of several billion years, the Cosmos, has
begun to think. Once a collection of hydrogen and helium atoms, and
still mostly that, nature is aware if its own existence, as a result of
stellar, chemical, a biological evolution. On
Earth, and very likely I think, on countless other worlds, atoms which
were formed and reformed in the interiors of distant stars, have
grouped together in ways that allow for self-awareness.
